Where did my free spins go?

By the last line you will have matched your own case to one cause and one fix.

Built for Australia, elsewhere hidden

Right after the offer lands, a player outside Australia may find it hidden: these spins are built for Australian players, so speak to live chat and ask which offers your country can see.

Did you press activate?

Seconds after logging in, some players see a spin badge waiting in the bonus area: open it and press activate, because until that step the reels stay empty.

The right slot, the right count

Once you open the reels, the count shows only inside the named game: load that slot from your offer page instead of your usual favourite and the balance appears.

Mid-session, stale tab

After activating, an old tab can keep the earlier session alive: close the game completely and start it again so the counter reaches the reels.

Spins by day

Some days fire, others stay quiet

This settles which weekday carries which spin drop before you plan a deposit.

Six moves

Choosing your route

Check the tables above and decide between the spins without deposit and a deposit offer. Each has its own slot, stake and wagering.

When you sign up

Register with the details exactly as they appear on your photo ID. The spins without deposit can ask for phone or identity confirmation first.

Type it, then confirm

Enter the code in the bonus field or accept the offer in your account, then watch for the confirmation. Expired codes give nothing, so use them early.

One slot only

Open only the slot named in the offer, since spins sit there at a fixed stake. Playing another game leaves them untouched and unused.

Before you cash out

Meet the wagering on the winnings before any withdrawal, keeping bets at or under the capped stake. Skrill and Neteller deposits do not count for the welcome offers.

When your balance clears

Request your payout once wagering is done and send photo ID, proof of address and a card image. Most payouts clear in around 8 minutes after checks.

When a win lands

Bonus money on arrival, cash on release

Once a spin pays, this is the path that money follows before it leaves.

When the win first shows

Straight after the reels stop, a win is bonus money, and the welcome codes ask for a playthrough of 27 times the deposit plus the bonus before anything is paid out.

Can I claim again?

The moment the nodeposit spins are claimed, a household and its devices are counted together: one such offer per person, so a second claim on the same device is refused.

Stay on the reels

Before the balance unlocks, keep to the slots: they count in full, while other game types add less or nothing at all toward the same target.

A withdrawal of A$27 or more

Until the target is met, the figure in your balance is bonus money, not cash: only the remainder after the playthrough turns into a withdrawal of A$27 or more.

Before you count

Spins, no deposit

20 × 0,10 A$ = 2,00 A$ → About 1,92 A$ (RTP 96%, assumed average) → 1,92 A$ × 60x = 115,20 A$ · Cap 75 A$

Joining bundle · deposit 1

122 × 0,10 A$ = 12,20 A$ → About 11,77 A$ (RTP 96.47%) → 11,77 A$ × 27x = 317,79 A$

Weekly spins · Monday

25 × 0,20 A$ = 5,00 A$ → About 4,84 A$ (RTP 96.71%) → 4,84 A$ × 20x = 96,80 A$

Tier spins 120 A$

250 × 0,10 A$ = 25,00 A$ → About 24,12 A$ (RTP 96.5%) → 24,12 A$ × 20x = 482,40 A$

What the spins pay

When the spins do not show

Triple-Audited Fair Licensed Operator 8-Minute Withdrawals

01Can I use the spins on my phone?+

Halfway through a bus ride you can spin on any phone, since the site runs in the browser and the app carries the same reels. Log in with your email address and open Fruit Party or whichever slot the offer names. Spins stay locked to the named slot, so a different game will simply not show them.

02Why are my account rewards still empty?+

Registering gets you 20 spins on Fire Joker with the code GENTRY20. Confirming your email pays 10 spins on Double Diamond, installing the app adds 15 on Aftershock, and filling in your profile brings 10 on Rainbow Riches. Verification of your identity is asked before a first withdrawal, not for the spins themselves.

03Where do I set my limits and take a break?+

Limits sit in your account settings and take effect the moment you set them, so a deposit cap holds even while spin winnings are still tied to wagering. A cooling-off period pauses play for the stretch you choose, and self-exclusion locks the account out entirely. Support can also point you to Gambling Help Online and the National Self-Exclusion Register.

04Can I cash out the winnings straight away?+

Withdrawals open once the wagering on the spin winnings is finished, and that balance counts as bonus money until then. Your identity check, sent as photo ID, proof of address and a card image, usually clears inside eighteen hours. The smallest withdrawal is A$27 and payouts have landed in about eight minutes.

05Can I win more than A$75 from the free spins?+

The spins without deposit carry a A$75 cap on what they can return, and the reason sits in the deal itself: nothing was staked to earn them. Winnings still need wagering of 60 times before they count as cash. Everything above that ceiling stays behind when you withdraw.

06When did the licence first come into force?+

Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority is the regulator behind the site, and the licence number to quote in any dispute is ALSI-230367. That licence has run since the brand opened in 2021 under Genieplay Casino LLC, company number 935386. Encryption across the site is 256-bit TLS, with audits from BMM Testlabs, Gaming Laboratories International and SIQ.

07Where do I find spins worth taking each week?+

Rotating offers keep the reels busy through the week, with Thursday at 20 spins on Ocean Rush for a A$30 deposit and Saturday at 125 on Gates Of Olympus 1000. Sunday brings a tier choice on Mysterious Egypt, from 30 spins up to 250. Weekly repeat claims are fine as long as each qualifying deposit lands inside that day's window.
